You agree to pay all collection costs, including attorney's fees and expenses, on any outstanding balance in certain cases.
Your credit card issuer may charge you foreign transaction fees or related charges, which you will be responsible for paying.

You acknowledge and agree that in the event of a breach or threat of breach of our intellectual property rights and your confidential and proprietary information, we will suffer irreparable harm, and we are therefore entitled to fair compensation to enforce this Agreement. Without waiving any other remedies under this Agreement, we may seek from any court of competent jurisdiction any provisional, equitable, temporary, or interim relief or order necessary to protect our rights and property pending the outcome of the arbitration referred to above. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent to the personal and subject-matter jurisdiction of the federal and state courts of New York for the purposes of any such action by us.
